Vardagsvila is the trading name of Vardagsvila Näring AB, Blockgatan 8, 653 41 Karlstad, Sverige. Information about the seller, company details, and contact options can be found under legal information and on your receipt via email. A return can only be accepted at the specific return address we provide after contact. Therefore, do not send packages to any other location.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our products and store are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to limit, reject, or cancel an order in the event of out-of-stock items, inaccuracies in the details, or suspected fraud. If you have already paid, the money will be refunded immediately.

All amounts are stated in SEK. Any shipping fees are specified at checkout before you complete the purchase. Should an obvious pricing error occur, we reserve the right to correct it before delivery, after which you may choose to keep the item at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

For shipments within Sweden, value-added tax is included where applicable. For deliveries outside Sweden, customs duties, local taxes, and import fees are determined by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. If a shipment is refused at customs, it will be handled as a return, and incurred transport costs will be deducted from the refund.

You can pay using Bank transfer. Our website never stores any card numbers or bank details.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Your order is registered once you approve the purchase at checkout, whereupon a confirmation email with an order number is sent. A binding contract is concluded only when the package is packed and dispatched with a delivery confirmation. Prior to that, we retain the right to decline the order and refund any amount paid.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Orders where payment fails or is interrupted will not be dispatched. If you have chosen to pay on delivery and the package is not collected or is refused, it will be sent back to the warehouse and the order will be cancelled.

The personal data required to dispatch your packages, manage customer service, and keep the website secure is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Information about cookies and tracking can be found in our cookie policy. Both documents form part of these terms.

Carefully follow the instructions on the product label, the product page, and any accompanying literature. Keep supplements out of reach of children unless the product is intended for them. Our photographs represent the products as accurately as possible, but since screens display colors differently, minor shade variations do not constitute a defect.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store the product according to the instructions on the container or pouch. If a best-before date is present, the contents must not be used after that date has passed. Always sort and recycle packaging materials in accordance with local regulations.

The texts in the store should not be regarded as daily routine advice, dietary advice, or treatment recommendations. The descriptions outline the nature and use of the ingredients without providing daily routine guarantees. Consult bodily support or qualified healthcare professionals if you are breastfeeding, expecting a child, taking daily routine, or have a health-active daily life that could be affected.

Discounts displayed in the store apply only to purchases during an ongoing promotion and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise. Promotional codes must be entered before payment and cannot be registered retroactively. If a gift was included with the purchase, it must be returned along with the items if you exercise your right of withdrawal.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times can be found under shipping and delivery. Delivery times are estimates in business days from dispatch and do not guarantee an exact date. If you purchase multiple products, the shipment may sometimes be divided into several parcels.

Responsibility for the goods rests with us until the carrier has delivered them to you or your designated pick-up location. After handover, you bear the risk of any damage or loss. Visible transit damage must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours with photos attached. Please review your address carefully at checkout, as packages returned due to incorrect address information or failure to collect will be refunded with return shipping costs deducted.

You may withdraw from the purchase within 45 days of receiving the item, provided that the return conditions are met. Request a return number before posting and send the package exclusively to the address provided by us. The refund covers the purchase price of the item. Original shipping fees are only reimbursed if the error was ours or if the item was defective. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The containers and products must match what is promised on the product page and arrive in flawless condition. Vardagsvila complies with the Consumer Sales Act in Sweden. Products displaying manufacturing defects, abnormal consistency, or defective seals upon delivery are covered by a three-year right of complaint, provided that the product has been handled and stored according to the instructions on the packaging. An item affected by an inherent manufacturing defect within the country's applicable statutory warranty period will be replaced, repaired, or refunded following our inspection. Normal wear and tear, improper storage, or damage incurred after receipt are not covered.

You may not use the website for fraudulent orders, disruption of site operations, unauthorized data collection, or the distribution of unlawful or offensive material. If violations occur, we reserve the right to suspend the affected users immediately.

Content such as text, images, design, logos, and code belongs to Vardagsvila Näring AB or the respective licensor. You are welcome to view and print material for personal private use. Any other form of reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires a written active daily life agreement.

There may be links here to external websites that are beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for what is published there, their data policies, or their technical reliability. The inclusion of a link does not imply that we recommend or endorse the content.

Entries in the review sections are written by actual buyers. They reflect personal experiences and do not guarantee similar results for others. By submitting a comment, image, or review, you agree that we may display it on the site without compensation, showing only your first name. We remove reviews upon request and reject entries that violate the law or expose personal data.

The site is provided on an as-is basis. Our goal is to ensure that information is always correct and up to date, but we cannot promise complete freedom from technical faults or downtime. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defects in ordered products.

Vardagsvila Näring AB is not liable for indirect damages, and the maximum financial liability toward the customer is strictly limited to the total order amount for the purchase in question. We bear full liability for damage caused intentionally, through gross negligence, injury to life and health, and in cases where mandatory consumer law prohibits limitations of liability. For all other instances of damage, liability is restricted to standard, foreseeable losses typical for this type of agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or submission of prohibited content to the site.

Swedish legislation applies exclusively to these terms of purchase, and any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish general court, taking into account the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden). If we are unable to resolve an issue together, it may be settled in a competent court in our registered location. As a consumer, you always retain the right to bring proceedings before a court in your country of residence. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your home country will always take precedence over what is stated here.

Receipts, delivery notices, invoice details, and information about purchase terms are sent to the email address you provided with your order. Please keep your address up to date and check your spam folder if anything is missing. Messages sent to your specified address are considered received.

We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement to a successor in business, provided your terms are not impaired. However, you may not transfer your rights without our prior written consent.

Our failure at any single time to enforce strict compliance with any provision does not mean we waive the right to enforce compliance in the future.

Should any individual clause in these terms not be legally enforceable, the remainder will continue to apply as normal, while the invalid portion will be replaced with valid wording that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.

We reserve the right to close accounts or decline new purchases if someone fails to respect the terms. Packages that have already left the warehouse are not affected by such a decision.

These terms of purchase, our linked policies, and your order confirmation together form the complete agreement for your order. Should the text exist in multiple languages, the version on the site where you made your purchase always prevails.
