You have the right to return products from Vardagsvila within 45 days of the delivery date, no questions asked. Here we explain the return terms, practical steps, who pays for shipping, and how quickly refunds are processed.
45-day refund guarantee
Your statutory right of withdrawal is valid for 45 days starting from the day the package arrived. This applies whether the jar was damaged in transit, is defective, does not match what you ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.
Return conditions
- Damaged or defective supplements: we will send a new jar or refund the full amount including original shipping; please include photos with your message.
- If the wrong product was packed: we will promptly send you the correct item and cover return shipping for the incorrectly delivered jar.
- In the case of a return, the container must be unopened and in its original condition with all seals and labels intact. You cover the cost of return shipping, and we do not refund the initial shipping fee.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept dietary supplements with a broken seal, unless it involves a defect claim.
Practical return instructions
- Contact us no later than 45 days after delivery at [email protected] or phone +46 952 302 556. Include your order number, the reason, and attach photos if the container was damaged in transit.
- We will get back to you within one business day with a personal return number and the correct return address.
- Pack the supplement in its original box, enclose the slip with your return number, and seal it securely with tape.
- Drop off the package for delivery to the return address and email us the tracking code. Keep the receipt from the parcel shop until the funds are in your account.
Refunds and processing time
We inspect the shipment within 3 business days of arrival and confirm the return by email. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the purchase: cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to the account you provide, and bank transfer purchases are sent back to the same account. The money normally appears in your account within 1-5 business days.
Exchanges and cancellations
If you prefer a different supplement, please return according to the instructions and place a new order in the shop. We transfer the funds for the returned item as soon as it reaches us. An order can be cancelled free of charge before it has been packed and dispatched: email [email protected] with your order number.
